Terms of Service

Connected AI services are optional. You choose what material to submit, and each third-party AI service has its own terms and privacy practices.

Vyorah's connector only stages prepared history for your review; it cannot read your existing Vyorah history or create canonical Events. Import still requires your confirmation in Vyorah.

You may not use connected import for medical records or other PHI, payment-card information, government identifiers, passwords, API keys, OTP codes, or other authentication secrets.

By using Vyorah, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

These terms are meant to explain the basics in plain English. They apply whether you use Vyorah on a free or paid plan.

Vyorah is a personal pattern forecasting app. It helps users log events, reflections, and context, then surfaces reflective, symbolic, and pattern-based insights based on user-entered history and available context.

The service is intended as a tool for reflection, continuity, and perspective. It is built to help users notice rhythms and themes in their own history.

Vyorah is not therapy, medical care, mental-health treatment, legal advice, financial advice, or any other kind of professional service.

Forecasts and insights are not guarantees, predictions of certainty, medical advice, mental-health treatment, legal advice, financial advice, or professional advice.

You should not make major personal, medical, legal, relationship, career, or financial decisions solely based on Vyorah.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the account information you provide and for maintaining the security of your login credentials.

You are also responsible for activity that happens through your account unless the issue was caused by our own failure to protect the service.

You keep ownership of the entries, reflections, and other content you submit to Vyorah.

To operate the service, you give Vyorah permission to process, analyze, summarize, transform, store, and display that content as needed to provide the product experience.

That permission is limited to operating, maintaining, securing, and improving the Vyorah service, consistent with our Privacy Policy. It does not transfer ownership of your entries to us.

Vyorah may generate forecasts, summaries, symbolic interpretations, and other insights from the history and context available at the time.

These outputs can be useful for reflection, but they may be incomplete, mistaken, overly broad, or no longer relevant later. They should be treated as interpretive outputs, not certainty.

Some parts of Vyorah may require a paid subscription or limited-use plan.

Billing is processed by Stripe, not directly by Vyorah. You can manage or cancel paid access through the available billing flow inside the product.

Feature scope, plan structure, and usage limits, including Discovery and Synchronicity features or limits, may change over time.

Please do not misuse Vyorah. That includes trying to interfere with the service, access accounts or data that are not yours, reverse engineer restricted parts of the product, or use the service for abusive, unlawful, or harmful activity.

You may not use Vyorah in a way that could harm other users, the platform, or the integrity of the service.

Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

If these Terms describe how you may use the service and the Privacy Policy describes how data is handled, both documents work together.

Vyorah is still evolving. We may add, remove, pause, or change features, flows, limits, or interface details over time.

We do not promise that the service will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free. We will still aim to operate it responsibly.

You may stop using Vyorah at any time. We may suspend or end access if needed to protect the service, comply with legal obligations, or respond to misuse.

If access ends, reasonable parts of these Terms that should continue by nature, such as ownership, disclaimers, and liability limits, will continue to apply.

Vyorah is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent allowed by law, we do not make warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, fully accurate, or suitable for every purpose.

The product is designed for reflective use, not for guaranteed outcomes.

To the extent allowed by law, Vyorah will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

To the extent allowed by law, any direct liability relating to Vyorah will be limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or $100 if you have not paid anything.

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of Vyorah after updated Terms take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
